The Toyota GT86 is a true sports car, one that makes you feel the road and enjoy it; Especially if we talk about stretches of the mountain or even circuits. In addition, its coupé body and its sporting details also make it an aesthetically pleasing car. Now, the Japanese brand launches the Toyota GT86 860 Special Edition.

This is a more attractive version that will try to convince more customers to purchase. The Toyota GT86 860 Special Edition will only be available with two colors for its body like the white “Halo White” and orange “Supernova Orange”; The latter exclusive for this edition. Toyota will create 860 units of each color, that is, the edition will be limited to 1,720 units.

The most striking will be the 860 GT86 with “Supernova Orange” body. In addition to this new color tone for its exterior, it will also include two black stripes on the hood, roof and boot lid. The 1,720 Toyota GT86 860 Special Edition will bring with it more sporting details like new rearview mirror housings, redesigned 17-inch wheels or bumpers. As in the European standard model, the front and rear fog lamps of the LED type are included.

If you ask about changes in its mechanics, Toyota has decided to keep it as it is. It will continue to use the 2.0 Subaru bóxer engine of origin with 200 hp that are sent to the rear axle, counting on a limited slip differential Torsen. So far the Japanese firm has not decided whether also come to Europe, although everything seems to indicate that will stay in North America.
